On October 16-17, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting the Core Member Gathering I with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, an event designed to unite and inspire our Community of Practice. This two-day workshop was a vibrant celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared goals.
As the sun rose on the first day, participants filled the venue with energy and anticipation. The event kicked off with a warm welcome, showcasing a video that captured the spirit of our community and the beautiful setting that facilitated our discussions. It was clear that this gathering was not just a meeting—it was a convergence of ideas and aspirations.
The primary aim of this gathering was to bridge our diverse perspectives and reinforce the bonds within our community. Throughout the event, participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions that highlighted our collective achievements. A video featuring insights from participants and trainers illustrated the depth of our conversations and the collaborative atmosphere we fostered.
During our time together, we took a moment to reflect on the milestones the Community of Practice has reached. Engaging workshops allowed us to dive deep into our shared experiences, tackling challenges and celebrating successes. These moments of connection inspired fresh ideas and renewed motivation. We captured these interactions in a series of videos that documented the lively discussions, Q&A sessions, and the synergy between trainers and participants.
As we move forward, KMPlus is thrilled to support the implementation of the CoP agenda over the next four months. Our commitment to turning ideas into actionable plans is stronger than ever. We shared our next steps in a dynamic discussion, encouraging all participants to take an active role in shaping our future initiatives.
