Di era digital ini, platform seperti LinkedIn Groups menawarkan ruang virtual yang sangat potensial untuk membangun community of practice di luar batas fisik perusahaan. Bayangkan, dengan LinkedIn Groups, Anda bisa terhubung dengan para profesional, calon investor, atau bahkan talenta terbaik di bidang Anda, layaknya tim Mojang yang saling bertukar pikiran dan membangun visi bersama sejak awal.

Selama dua hari berturut-turut, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) berkolaborasi dengan PT KMPlus Consulting dalam menyelenggarakan workshop Refreshment Knowledge Mapping (KMAP) 2025. Kegiatan ini melibatkan para PIC dari 26 grup di bawah 7 direktorat yang sebelumnya telah mengisi KMAP secara manual melalui spreadsheet pada tahun 2024. Kini, proses tersebut bertransformasi secara digital dengan memanfaatkan sistem Portaverse sebagai platform utama untuk pembaruan KMAP.

On October 16-17, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting the Core Member Gathering I with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, an event designed to unite and inspire our Community of Practice. This two-day workshop was a vibrant celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared goals.

As the sun rose on the first day, participants filled the venue with energy and anticipation. The event kicked off with a warm welcome, showcasing a video that captured the spirit of our community and the beautiful setting that facilitated our discussions. On September 24, 2024, KMPlus hosted an engaging workshop, "Refreshment KMAP" at the PT Tower Bersama Group office in Rasuna Said, South Jakarta. The event focused on the concept of Knowledge Mapping (KMAP), with our skilled facilitator, Pak Alvin Soleh, guiding participants through its various components and emphasizing its importance in enhancing organizational learning and efficiency. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as attendees eagerly absorbed the insights shared during the session.
