On September 24, 2024, KMPlus hosted an engaging workshop, "Refreshment KMAP" at the PT Tower Bersama Group office in Rasuna Said, South Jakarta. The event focused on the concept of Knowledge Mapping (KMAP), with our skilled facilitator, Pak Alvin Soleh, guiding participants through its various components and emphasizing its importance in enhancing organizational learning and efficiency. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as attendees eagerly absorbed the insights shared during the session.

Participants were encouraged to think critically about their current knowledge management practices and how they could leverage a structured approach to better harness their collective expertise. The interactive nature of the workshop cultivated a collaborative environment, allowing attendees to engage in meaningful discussions and share their experiences.

To add a fun twist and reinforce learning, we incorporated a Kahoot quiz into the session. This interactive element not only refreshed participants' minds but also promoted a sense of camaraderie as they competed for top scores. The combination of insightful content and engaging activities made for a successful workshop, leaving participants motivated to implement their newfound knowledge and enhance their organizational practices through effective Knowledge Mapping.
