Unlocking the Power of People and Their Knowledge as Assets
KMPlus recently organized the SMEs Empowerment & Cultivating CoP Workshop in collaboration with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia at Jakarta, Indonesia.
The workshop began with Alvin Soleh providing an in-depth introduction to SMEs and their crucial role in the economy. He also delved into the concept of CoP, highlighting its significance in fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within organizations. Alvin discussed CoP identity and agenda, emphasizing how they contribute to organizational growth and development.
Following Alvin's session, Irfan Alfieri guided the participants through a structured activity designed to enhance their understanding of the workshop topics. Participants were provided with forms prepared by the organizers to help them apply the concepts discussed to their specific contexts. Irfan's guidance ensured that participants could effectively translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications.
To further enrich the workshop experience, Raphael Persiano presented case studies showcasing best practices and lessons learned in the context of SMEs and CoP. These case studies provided valuable insights into real-world challenges and solutions, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of how to implement CoP within their organizations effectively.
