Kombinasi outbound dan lokakarya, KMPlus Consulting bersama PT Pelabuhan Indonesia menyelenggarakan program KM Agent Pelindo pada tanggal 23-24 (Batch 1) dan 27-28 (Batch 2) Februari 2023. Batch 1 diadakan di Grand Sunshine Resort & Convention, Soreang. Sementara itu, Batch 2 diadakan di Horison Green Forest, Bandung.
On the first day, the KM Agent participants engaged in experiential learning meticulously organized by the committee. The experiential learning was crafted into enjoyable and challenging games. Games such as Take The Ball, UFO, Al Catraz, and Hidden Lego were played. Each game had its own difficulty level and value, which are undoubtedly related to the role of a KM Agent at Pelindo.
Even though the KM Agent participants hailed from branches across various regions, the experiential learning proceeded smoothly and all participants bonded well with their group teams.
On the second day, KM Agent participants attended the KM Agent workshop. During this event, Mr. Alvin Soleh—the facilitator—explained to the participants about the roles that will be performed by the KM Agent. Throughout the workshop, each group engaged in discussions about challenges, opportunities, and the future action plans of the KM Agent.
