How Does the Event Proceed?
This workshop is divided into two batches, where each participant is grouped according to their division or work unit. Participants are appointed by their division or work unit as they are considered experts in certain areas of competence. The purpose of this workshop is to provide training on subject matter expertise to the participants.
One of the keys to being a Subject Matter Expert is being willing to share knowledge with others. Therefore, each group engages in discussion using flipchart media. During the discussion, they share thoughts and opinions on challenges, hopes, and the program plans that participants will undertake as Subject Matter Experts in their work unit.
After the discussion, each group presents their findings to the facilitator.
