On October 16-17, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting the Core Member Gathering I with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia, an event designed to unite and inspire our Community of Practice. This two-day workshop was a vibrant celebration of collaboration, innovation, and shared goals.
As the sun rose on the first day, participants filled the venue with energy and anticipation. The event kicked off with a warm welcome, showcasing a video that captured the spirit of our community and the beautiful setting that facilitated our discussions. It was clear that this gathering was not just a meeting—it was a convergence of ideas and aspirations.

The primary aim of this gathering was to bridge our diverse perspectives and reinforce the bonds within our community. Throughout the event, participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions that highlighted our collective achievements. A video featuring insights from participants and trainers illustrated the depth of our conversations and the collaborative atmosphere we fostered.
During our time together, we took a moment to reflect on the milestones the Community of Practice has reached.
